India secured a 3-2 series victory despite a seven-wicket loss to New Zealand in the final T20I at Hamilton. Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer scored explosive half-centuries, building a crucial 93-run partnership to help India post 191/8. Adam Milne took four wickets for New Zealand. Tim Seifert's 93 and Glenn Phillips' unbeaten 65 then guided the hosts to victory with 17 balls to spare, but it wasn't enough to overcome India's series lead.
