Dhanteras Puja: Why Worshipping Lord Kuber Alongside Goddess Lakshmi Is Essential

TV9 Hindi · spirituality

Dhanteras, celebrated this year, is a significant festival where worshipping both Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Kuber holds great importance. Goddess Lakshmi is revered as the deity of wealth and prosperity, while Lord Kuber is considered the treasurer of the gods. The combined worship is crucial because Lakshmi, though bringing wealth, is fickle, whereas Kuber ensures its stability and proper preservation. This ritual aims to ensure not only the arrival of wealth but also its continuity and security in homes and businesses, fostering lasting prosperity and well-being.
