TN Govt. to Sign Pact for AI Grievance

The Tamil Nadu government is set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Centre to establish an AI-enabled grievance redressal system for Public Distribution System (PDS) beneficiaries. Before the pact is inked, the state government aims to integrate district-level officers into this new grievance redressal mechanism.

तमिलनाडु सरकार पब्लिक डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम (PDS) के लाभार्थियों के लिए AI-आधारित शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली स्थापित करने के लिए केंद्र के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर करने जा रही है। इस समझौते पर मुहर लगने से पहले, राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को इस नई शिकायत निवारण व्यवस्था में शामिल करना है।
