Calcutta HC Refuses Urgent Hearing To MLA Ghosh

The Calcutta High Court has refused an urgent hearing to Trinamool Congress MLA Kunal Ghosh, who alleged he was attacked on Sunday. Ghosh's counsel sought an urgent hearing, stating his life was at stake and detailing an alleged attack involving motorcyclists, ransacked vehicles, and firearms. The court observed that several matters concerning MLAs are pending and would be taken up as per the presentation form. Ghosh also lodged a complaint with the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.

कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने विधायक घोष की तत्काल सुनवाई से इनकार किया

कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने तृणमूल कांग्रेस के विधायक कुणाल घोष को तत्काल सुनवाई देने से मना कर दिया है, जिन्होंने रविवार को उन पर हमले का आरोप लगाया था। घोष के वकील ने तत्काल सुनवाई की मांग करते हुए कहा कि उनकी जान खतरे में है और उन्होंने मोटरसाइकिल सवारों, तोड़ी-फोड़ी गई गाड़ियों और हथियारों से जुड़े कथित हमले का विवरण दिया। अदालत ने कहा कि विधायकों से जुड़े कई मामले लंबित हैं और उन्हें प्रेजेंटेशन फॉर्म के अनुसार लिया जाएगा। घोष ने पश्चिम बंगाल मानवाधिकार आयोग में भी शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।
