Kiran Bedi Seeks Intervention In Building Collapse Case

Retired IPS officer Kiran Bedi has approached the Delhi High Court seeking to be made a party in the case concerning the collapse of a hostel building in Satya Niketan. The incident on September 6 resulted in seven deaths and several injuries. The Centre, Delhi government, and MCD opposed her application, but the court granted authorities three days to file objections. The building was a boys' paying-guest accommodation near Delhi University's South Campus.
