Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a dictator who is afraid of the nation's youth. Dipke stated this as he departed from Mumbai for Delhi to lead a protest at Jantar Mantar on Saturday. He questioned the extensive security measures and Delhi Metro closures, asking if the government intended to wage war against its own citizens. Dipke asserted that protesting is a fundamental right guaranteed by Article 19 of the Indian Constitution.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को एक तानाशाह बताया है जो देश के युवाओं से डरते हैं। दिपके ने यह बात शनिवार को जंतर मंतर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व करने के लिए मुंबई से दिल्ली रवाना होते समय कही। उन्होंने कड़े सुरक्षा उपायों और दिल्ली मेट्रो बंद करने पर सवाल उठाया, और पूछा कि क्या सरकार अपने ही नागरिकों के खिलाफ युद्ध छेड़ने का इरादा रखती है। दिपके ने जोर देकर कहा कि विरोध करना भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19 द्वारा गारंटीकृत एक मौलिक अधिकार है।
