Kharge Accuses PM Modi of Insulting Opposition Leaders

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of insulting opposition leaders by having Minister Kiren Rijiju reply to his letter instead of responding directly. Kharge stated that Modi is using others as a front and not engaging with opposition concerns, which he believes is a sign of disrespect. Kharge had written to Modi regarding delimitation proposals and the need for an all-party meeting. He also reiterated demands for electoral reforms, including the repeal of legal protection for Election Commissioners and a return to ballot papers.

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर आरोप लगाया है कि उन्होंने मंत्री किरण रिजिजू से अपने पत्र का जवाब दिलवाकर विपक्षी नेताओं का अपमान किया है, बजाय इसके कि वे सीधे जवाब देते। खरगे ने कहा कि मोदी दूसरों को आगे कर रहे हैं और विपक्ष की चिंताओं पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं, जिसे वे अनादर का संकेत मानते हैं। खरगे ने परिसीमन प्रस्तावों और सर्वदलीय बैठक की आवश्यकता के संबंध में मोदी को पत्र लिखा था। उन्होंने चुनाव आयुक्तों के लिए कानूनी सुरक्षा को खत्म करने और मतपत्रों पर लौटने सहित चुनावी सुधारों की मांगों को भी दोहराया।
