Twisha Sharma Case: Dowry Death Charge Removed Against Ex-Judge Giribala Singh

त्विशा शर्मा केस: पूर्व जज गिरीबाला सिंह से दहेज हत्या का आरोप हटा मामला अब आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने पर केंद्रित

मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने त्विशा शर्मा मामले में पूर्व जज गिरीबाला सिंह के खिलाफ दहेज हत्या का आरोप हटा दिया है। सीबीआई जांच में इस आरोप के लिए कोई सबूत नहीं मिला, जिससे ध्यान आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने पर चला गया है। गिरीबाला सिंह की जमानत याचिका शुरू में दहेज हत्या के आरोप के साथ दायर की गई थी। कोर्ट ने उनके वकीलों को संशोधित आरोपों के आधार पर जमानत आवेदन में संशोधन करने का निर्देश दिया है। संशोधित याचिका दायर होने के बाद अब उनकी जमानत पर अंतिम सुनवाई होगी।
