INDIA Bloc's Plea Against EC Not Listed Yet Due To 14 Defects

A petition filed by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and 10 other opposition leaders against the Election Commission of India (ECI) has not yet been listed for hearing in the Supreme Court. The court registry flagged 14 defects in the petition, including missing identity cards and illegible pages. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut acknowledged the discrepancies, stating the opposition would rectify them. The INDIA bloc leaders had approached the Supreme Court demanding accountability from the ECI regarding electoral roll revisions.

कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी और 10 अन्य विपक्षी नेताओं द्वारा चुनाव आयोग (ECI) के खिलाफ दायर की गई एक याचिका पर अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध नहीं हुई है। कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री ने याचिका में 14 खामियां पाई हैं, जिनमें पहचान पत्र गायब होना और पेज का ठीक से न दिखना शामिल है। शिवसेना (यूबीटी) नेता संजय राउत ने इन विसंगतियों को स्वीकार किया और कहा कि विपक्ष उन्हें ठीक करेगा। INDIA गठबंधन के नेताओं ने चुनावी रोल के संशोधन के संबंध में ECI से जवाबदेही की मांग करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया था।
