Reliance Industries has welcomed Elon Musk's Starlink satellite service to India, stating it has never feared competition and that its own satellite services are awaiting regulatory clearance. The company emphasized that all players, domestic and foreign, must comply with Indian laws and regulations. This statement comes after Musk accused Reliance of obstructing Starlink's entry and benefiting from a de facto monopoly. Reliance highlighted its own growth in a competitive market, citing Jio's success in the telecom sector as proof of its customer focus.
