Kazakh President Invites Indian PM to Visit

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the BRICS Plus summit. Tokayev extended an invitation for Modi to make a state visit to Kazakhstan. During their discussion, Kazakhstan expressed its readiness to facilitate a free trade zone between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and India, as Kazakhstan will hold the EAEU presidency in 2026. They also explored cooperation in energy, digitalization, education, and tourism.

कजाकिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति कसीम-जोमार्ट टोकायव ने BRICS प्लस समिट में भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात की। टोकायव ने मोदी को कजाकिस्तान की राजकीय यात्रा का निमंत्रण दिया। दोनों देशों ने ऊर्जा, डिजिटलीकरण, शिक्षा और पर्यटन में सहयोग पर भी चर्चा की। कजाकिस्तान 2026 में EAEU की अध्यक्षता संभालेगा और भारत के साथ मुक्त व्यापार क्षेत्र बनाने में मदद करने को तैयार है।
