Amazon has conducted another round of job cuts affecting fewer than 1,000 white-collar workers globally, including employees in India, the US, and the UK. The company confirmed the elimination of a "small number" of roles, primarily within its Stores business, citing structural changes. These latest reductions follow larger workforce reductions that began last year. Amazon stated the move aims to better align with its priorities and streamline its corporate workforce after significant layoffs.
