BofA Bullish on Nifty, Cautious on Smallcaps

Bank of America Securities has turned constructive on the Indian stock market after two years, projecting a 12% upside for the Nifty index to reach 26,200 by year-end. Five out of eight previously identified risks, including soaring crude prices and weak monsoon, have now played out or are priced in. However, three risks remain: big primary offerings, Fed rate hike expectations, and AI disruption.
