बेलगावी सब-रजिस्ट्रार दफ्तर को डिप्टी कमिश्नर के दफ्तर परिसर में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया है, और सोमवार से नई जगह पर काम शुरू हो गया है। यह कदम मौजूदा जगह को खाली करने के लिए उठाया गया है ताकि प्रस्तावित पांच मंजिला प्रशासनिक भवन का निर्माण हो सके। नए कॉम्प्लेक्स में कई सरकारी दफ्तर होंगे, जिससे लोगों के लिए सेवाएं एक ही जगह पर मिलेंगी। मौजूदा सब-रजिस्ट्रार दफ्तर की बिल्डिंग को गिरा दिया जाएगा ताकि इस एकीकृत प्रशासनिक केंद्र का विकास हो सके, जिससे सरकारी सेवाओं तक लोगों की पहुंच आसान हो जाएगी।
