Andhra Pradesh Launches 6 Urban Forests and 3 Eco-Tourism Projects

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan and AP Green Executive Committee chairperson K Naga Babu inaugurated six new urban forests and three eco-tourism projects. These initiatives, spread across 304.60 hectares in six locations, aim to provide green spaces and recreational facilities for urban residents. The eco-tourism projects include a jungle safari in Nallamala, a trekking trail in Maredumilli, and an Aroma Canopy Walk. These developments are intended to protect forests, create livelihood opportunities for rural youth, and promote sustainable tourism.

आंध्र प्रदेश के उप मुख्यमंत्री के पवन कल्याण और एपी ग्रीन एग्जीक्यूटिव कमेटी की अध्यक्ष के नाग बाबू ने छह नए शहरी वन और तीन इको-टूरिज्म प्रोजेक्ट का उद्घाटन किया। ये पहलें, जो छह स्थानों पर 304.60 हेक्टेयर में फैली हुई हैं, शहरी निवासियों के लिए हरित स्थान और मनोरंजन सुविधाएं प्रदान करने का लक्ष्य रखती हैं। इको-टूरिज्म प्रोजेक्ट्स में नल्लामाला में जंगल सफारी, मारेदुमिल्ली में ट्रेकिंग ट्रेल और एक अरोमा कैनोपी वॉक शामिल हैं। इन विकासों का उद्देश्य जंगलों की रक्षा करना, ग्रामीण युवाओं के लिए आजीविका के अवसर पैदा करना और टिकाऊ पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देना है।
