Wild Gaur Hits Scooter, Injuring Two In Keralam

A wild gaur collided with a scooter in Kasaragod, Keralam, early Monday morning, resulting in serious injuries to two individuals. The injured have been identified as C.M. Jithina, 22, and P. Amalraj, 24. Jithina was initially treated locally before being transferred to Mangaluru due to the severity of her chest injuries. Amalraj is receiving treatment at a private hospital. Residents have noted an increase in gaur sightings over the past two years.
