The four-storey residence, located at 265 West 139th Street, was on the market for nearly a year. Dylan lived in the home from 1986 to 2000, selling it for $560,000 in 2000. The previous owners purchased it for $3.17 million in 2018 and undertook renovations, upgrading amenities while preserving its original character.
