The Indian Navy has successfully concluded a training squadron visit to Colombo, reinforcing its maritime diplomacy and defense cooperation with Sri Lanka. The squadron included INS Tir, INS Sujata, and Indian Coast Guard Ship CGS Sarathi. The primary objective of this joint maritime exercise was to strengthen mutual cooperation, defense relations, and coordination between India and Sri Lanka. During the visit, Indian naval officers met with the Commander of the Sri Lankan Navy's Western Naval Command, fostering a deeper understanding of operational activities and training facilities.
