Warren Buffett To Donate Berkshire Hathaway Stake

Warren Buffett plans to donate his entire Berkshire Hathaway stake by December 31, 2034. He has converted 8,000 Class A shares into 12 million Class B shares for this purpose. Four charitable foundations will receive the shares, with the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation getting the largest portion.
