In a video, he presented two traditions: the 'Babri tradition' exemplified by Aurangzeb's fratricide and regicide, and the 'Indian tradition' shown by Bharata's devotion to Rama. He urged people to choose between a platter with Rama's sandals and one with a severed head. Critics accused him of comparing eras inappropriately and reminded him of Adipurush's controversial dialogues, with some calling it an insult to their deity.
