Mancherial Forest Department Organises Run For Environmental Conservation

The Forest Department in Mancherial district, Telangana, is hosting a run today around the Gandhari fort to promote environmental conservation and eco-tourism. This is the first such event in Telangana, supported by the GreenSequer Foundation. Over 300 participants from across India and abroad have registered for 5 km, 10 km, and 30 km routes. The department has arranged for water, medical camps, and will plant saplings in honour of participants to further the conservation initiative.

तेलंगाना के मैनचेरियल जिले में वन विभाग आज गंधारी किले के आसपास पर्यावरण संरक्षण और इको-टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक दौड़ का आयोजन कर रहा है। यह तेलंगाना में पहला ऐसा कार्यक्रम है, जिसे GreenSequer Foundation का समर्थन प्राप्त है। भारत और विदेश के 300 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने 5 किमी, 10 किमी और 30 किमी की दौड़ के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है। विभाग ने पानी, चिकित्सा शिविर की व्यवस्था की है और संरक्षण पहल को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिभागियों के सम्मान में पौधे लगाएगा।
