CJP Questions NHRC Over Alleged Custodial Torture of Mumbai Lead

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) chief spokesperson Saurav Das has questioned the silence of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), High Court, and Supreme Court regarding the alleged assault and torture of the party's Mumbai lead, Pranay Ahire. Das alleged that Ahire was subjected to custodial torture while protesting in Delhi and questioned the lack of intervention from human rights bodies and the judiciary. CJP also accused Delhi Police of seizing protesters' phones without due procedure and preventing them from contacting lawyers, fearing the devices could be hacked or compromised.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ दास ने पार्टी के मुंबई लीडर, प्रणय आहूरे के कथित हमले और यातना के संबंध में National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), High Court और Supreme Court की चुप्पी पर सवाल उठाए हैं। दास ने आरोप लगाया कि आहूरे को दिल्ली में विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान हिरासत में यातना दी गई और मानवाधिकार निकायों और न्यायपालिका द्वारा हस्तक्षेप की कमी पर सवाल उठाए। CJP ने दिल्ली पुलिस पर उचित प्रक्रिया के बिना प्रदर्शनकारियों के फोन जब्त करने और उन्हें वकीलों से संपर्क करने से रोकने का भी आरोप लगाया, इस डर से कि उपकरणों को हैक किया जा सकता है या उनसे छेड़छाड़ की जा सकती है।
