Bombay Court Slams Food Body Over Amazon Warehouse

The Bombay High Court has criticized the FDA for its actions against Amazon's Bhiwandi warehouse. Amazon Retail India approached the court after the FDA took action over allegations that expired food was sent to the retail market instead of being destroyed.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने FDA की अमेज़न के भिवंडी वेयरहाउस के खिलाफ कार्रवाई पर नाराज़गी जताई है। अमेज़न रिटेल इंडिया ने कोर्ट का रुख किया था। आरोप था कि एक्सपायर्ड खाना नष्ट करने के बजाय रिटेल मार्केट में भेज दिया गया था। कोर्ट ने FDA के रवैये पर सवाल उठाए हैं।
