The Delhi High Court has provided relief to two voters whose names were removed from the electoral roll during the SIR process. The court stated that voters whose names were deleted due to incomplete enumeration can re-apply to have their names added by filling out Form-6. The Election Commission's counsel confirmed that this form is the correct procedure under the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960. The court dismissed fears that filing Form-6 could lead to accusations of providing false information, deeming such concerns unfounded.
