Supreme Court-appointed receiver R Venkataramani handed these over to 51 buyers from three towers, with NBCC expecting full handover within 30-45 days. This development occurs while 86 other projects in Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad remain stalled in insolvency proceedings. The lengthy delays in the insolvency process, intended to be resolved within 180-330 days, have significantly hampered project revival and left many homebuyers' investments in limbo.
