Three Bengaluru Techies Drown in Gokarna Beach Strong Waves During Morning Swim

Three employees from a Bengaluru IT firm drowned after being swept away by strong waves at Dubbansashi beach in Gokarna, Karnataka. The victims, aged 22 and 24, were part of a group of 16 colleagues on a trip. Five colleagues entered the sea for a swim, and while four were rescued, one was swept further out. Local authorities are considering stricter measures to prevent visitors from ignoring warnings and entering dangerous waters.
