Court Drops Criminal Breach of Trust Charge in M3M-MGF Land Dispute

A Delhi sessions court has dropped the criminal breach of trust charge against M3M India and its associated companies in a land dispute with MGF Developments. The court found that the essential ingredients for criminal breach of trust were not met in the case involving land transfers via exchange deeds. However, proceedings related to allegations of cheating and criminal conspiracy will continue.

दिल्ली की एक सेशंस कोर्ट ने MGF डेवलपमेंट्स के साथ एक ज़मीन विवाद में M3M इंडिया और उससे जुड़ी कंपनियों के खिलाफ़ धोखाधड़ी का आरोप हटा दिया है। कोर्ट ने पाया कि एक्सचेंज डीड के ज़रिए ज़मीन के हस्तांतरण से जुड़े इस मामले में धोखाधड़ी के लिए ज़रूरी तत्व पूरे नहीं हुए थे। हालाँकि, जालसाज़ी और आपराधिक साज़िश के आरोपों से जुड़ी कार्यवाही जारी रहेगी।
