Election Commission Halts Officer Transfers in UP Until Voter List Finalized

The Election Commission of India has imposed a ban on the transfer of officials involved in the SIR of voter lists in Uttar Pradesh. This restriction will remain in effect from the draft publication of the voter list until its final release. The draft voter list is scheduled for release, with claims and objections to be addressed. The final voter list will be published.

चुनाव आयोग ने यूपी में अधिकारियों के तबादलों पर लगाई रोक मतदाता सूची फाइनल होने तक जारी रहेगा प्रतिबंध

भारत के चुनाव आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश में मतदाता सूची के एसआईआर (SIR) में शामिल अधिकारियों के तबादले पर रोक लगा दी है। यह पाबंदी मतदाता सूची के मसौदे के प्रकाशन से लेकर उसके अंतिम प्रकाशन तक लागू रहेगी। मतदाता सूची का मसौदा जारी किया जाएगा, जिसमें दावों और आपत्तियों का निपटारा किया जाएगा। इसके बाद अंतिम मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
