Medical Superintendent Caught Red-Handed Taking Rs 40,000 Bribe From Students

The Medical Superintendent of Devgadh Baria Civil Hospital in Dahod, Dr Rahim Memon, was apprehended by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for allegedly accepting a bribe. He was caught red-handed accepting Rs 40,000 from eight students undergoing a district residency program. Dr Memon had demanded Rs 5,000 from each student, promising easier tasks and no harassment during their duty. The students, unwilling to pay, reported the matter to the ACB, leading to the trap and his arrest.
