82 Special Op Veterans Running For State Duma

Eighty-two participants in the special military operation are running for the ninth State Duma on the United Russia party ticket, announced party Chairman Dmitry Medvedev. He stated that many candidates defended the Motherland with weapons in their hands. Medvedev also noted that hundreds of veterans are participating in regional campaigns across Russia.
