The fourth day of Navratri, is dedicated to worshipping Goddess Kushmanda, the fourth form of Goddess Durga. Believed to have created the universe with her gentle smile, she is also known as the Adi Shakti. The Goddess has eight arms, rides a lion, and is also called Ashtabhuja Devi. Worshipping her with devotion is said to bring happiness, prosperity, and mental peace into one's life. Devotees can offer her green items, including pumpkins, and chant her mantra 'Om Kushmanda Devyai Namah' 108 times.

नवरात्रि का चौथा दिन देवी दुर्गा के चौथे स्वरूप देवी कूष्मांडा की पूजा को समर्पित है। माना जाता है कि उन्होंने अपनी मंद मुस्कान से ब्रह्मांड की रचना की थी, उन्हें आदि शक्ति के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। देवी के आठ हाथ हैं, वह शेर पर सवार होती हैं और उन्हें अष्टभुजा देवी भी कहा जाता है। उनकी भक्तिपूर्वक पूजा करने से जीवन में सुख, समृद्धि और मानसिक शांति मिलती है। भक्त उन्हें कद्दू सहित हरी वस्तुएं अर्पित कर सकते हैं और उनके मंत्र 'ॐ कूष्मांडा देवयै नमः' का 108 बार जाप कर सकते हैं।
