He warned circle-level officials against slow progress and emphasized accountability for those failing to meet targets. The minister stressed that the survey is crucial for protecting landowners' rights and creating accurate land records, urging officials to balance speed with accuracy and transparency. Mauza-wise progress reports and landowner grievance camps were also mandated.

बिहार के राजस्व और भूमि सुधार मंत्री दिलीप कुमार जायसवाल ने अधिकारियों को विशेष भूमि सर्वेक्षण में तेजी लाने के लिए 15-दिवसीय कार्य योजना तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने अंचल-स्तरीय अधिकारियों को धीमी प्रगति के खिलाफ चेतावनी दी और लक्ष्य पूरा करने में विफल रहने वालों के लिए जवाबदेही पर जोर दिया। मंत्री ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि सर्वेक्षण भूमि मालिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करने और सटीक भूमि रिकॉर्ड बनाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, और अधिकारियों से गति के साथ सटीकता और पारदर्शिता को संतुलित करने का आग्रह किया। मौजा-वार प्रगति रिपोर्ट और भूमि मालिक शिकायत शिविर भी अनिवार्य किए गए थे।
