Steelers Rookie WR Germie Bernard Set For Bigger Role After Injuries

NDTV Sports · sports

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver Germie Bernard is poised to take on a more significant role with the team. This comes as three other wide receivers, Michael Pittman Jr., Roman Wilson, and Ben Skowronek, have all been placed on the injury report. The team is preparing for their Week 6 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bernard's increased involvement is a direct result of the team's depleted receiving corps due to these injuries.
