Man Gets 15 Years For Rape Of Minor

A 24-year-old man, N. Bhadrachalam, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Bhimavaram POCSO court. He was convicted for the rape and abduction of a 15-year-old girl in West Godavari district in 2021. The incident occurred when the girl was alone at home, and she was rescued four days later. The court handed down the sentence under charges including rape and abduction, following an investigation led by Bhimavaram DSP Raghuveer Vishnu.

भीमावरम POCSO कोर्ट ने 24 साल के एन. भद्राचलम को 15 साल की जेल की सज़ा सुनाई है। उस पर 2021 में वेस्ट गोदावरी जिले में 15 साल की लड़की के रेप और किडनैपिंग का आरोप था। लड़की घर पर अकेली थी जब यह घटना हुई और उसे चार दिन बाद बचाया गया। भीमावरम DSP रघुवीर विष्णु की जांच के बाद कोर्ट ने रेप और किडनैपिंग सहित अन्य धाराओं में यह फैसला सुनाया।
