Three friends have been arrested in Surat following the suicide of a man who had lent Rs 14 lakh to one of them. The accused friend, Ghanshyam Ahir, had borrowed the money for a trip to Canada, promising to repay it. The victim reportedly took his own life due to the financial strain and the inability to recover the lent sum.
