CJP Leaders Get Police Notice After Tihar Jail Release

CJP leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das have received a notice from the Delhi Police Crime Branch shortly after their release from Tihar Jail. They were summoned for questioning, at 12 PM regarding an incident related to reaching Jantar Mantar. The police are also attempting to contact CJP leader Ajinkya Shinde for his involvement in the investigation. The case involves alleged non-compliance with government orders and trespassing, with charges being investigated under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

तिहाड़ जेल से रिहाई के बाद सीजेपी नेताओं को पुलिस का नोटिस

सीजेपी नेताओं आशुतोष रांका और सौरभ दास को तिहाड़ जेल से रिहा होने के तुरंत बाद दिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने एक नोटिस भेजा है। उन्हें दोपहर 12 बजे जंतर मंतर पहुंचने से जुड़े एक मामले के संबंध में पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया है। पुलिस सीजेपी नेता अजिंक्य शिंदे से भी संपर्क करने की कोशिश कर रही है ताकि जांच में उनकी संलिप्तता का पता चल सके। इस मामले में सरकारी आदेशों का कथित तौर पर पालन न करने और अतिक्रमण के आरोप शामिल हैं, जिसकी जांच भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 223 के तहत की जा रही है।
