Delhi Court Upholds Cheating Case Against M3M Promoters

A Delhi court has upheld cheating and criminal conspiracy proceedings against M3M India Pvt. Ltd. and its promoters in a ₹450-crore land fraud case. The case stems from allegations that M3M obtained rights over 31 acres in Gurugram without full payment in a land exchange deal. While upholding charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy, the court set aside the charge of criminal breach of trust. The accused have been directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on October 27, 2026, to proceed with the case.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने M3M इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और उसके प्रमोटरों के खिलाफ ₹450 करोड़ के ज़मीन धोखाधड़ी मामले में धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक साजिश की कार्यवाही को बरकरार रखा है। यह मामला इस आरोप से जुड़ा है कि M3M ने ज़मीन की अदला-बदली के सौदे में पूरी पेमेंट किए बिना गुरुग्राम में 31 एकड़ पर अधिकार हासिल कर लिया था। धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक साजिश के आरोपों को बरकरार रखते हुए, अदालत ने आपराधिक विश्वासघात के आरोप को खारिज कर दिया। मामले को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आरोपियों को 27 अक्टूबर, 2026 को मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश होने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
