AM Green secures €585M renewable ammonia supply deal with Germany’s H2Global

AM Green Ammonia has secured a 10-year offtake agreement with Germany's H2Global, valued at a minimum of €585 million. The company won the Asian lot in H2Global's auction to supply renewable ammonia to Germany. Production will occur at AM Green's Kakinada facility in Andhra Pradesh, which is being converted to run on renewable power. First shipments are anticipated in 2029. This deal validates India's capacity to produce green molecules at scale and provides investment certainty for producers.
