अहमदाबाद साइबर क्राइम ने कॉर्पोरेट कर्मचारियों को निशाना बनाने वाले 1.5 करोड़ रुपये के एक बड़े WhatsApp धोखाधड़ी का भंडाफोड़ किया है। इस कार्रवाई में कई गिरफ्तारियां हुई हैं और चीन, पाकिस्तान, भारत व हांगकांग से जुड़े एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइबर अपराध नेटवर्क का पर्दाफाश हुआ है। यह ठगी 'Cybercrime as a Service' के बढ़ते खतरे को दर्शाती है। पुलिस पूरे नेटवर्क को खत्म करने और ऐसे और अपराध रोकने के लिए जांच कर रही है।
