100 kg Ganja Seized, Pistol Recovered From Two Arrested in Kalahandi

Authorities in Kalahandi district have seized approximately 100 kg of ganja, valued at Rs 10 lakh, from two individuals. The arrested men, identified as Sriram Gaud from Bihar and Bhola Harpal from Balangir district, were apprehended during a routine patrol. In addition to the contraband, a country-made pistol with a live bullet was recovered from their possession. The seized ganja was reportedly being transported from Kandhamal to Bihar. Further investigations are underway by excise officials into the matter.
