Three individuals, including two employees of a private finance firm's dealership, have been arrested in Bengaluru for allegedly defrauding the company of ₹1.27 crore. The accused reportedly colluded with seven customers to submit fake No Objection Certificates (NOCs) at the Regional Transport Office. This allowed them to fraudulently cancel vehicle hypothecations and transfer registrations to other individuals. Subsequently, they secured fresh loans against the same vehicles from different finance companies, causing a significant financial loss to the original firm.
