Pioneer Urban to Invest Over ₹3,500 Crore in Gurugram Ultra-Luxury Residences

Real estate developer Pioneer Urban announced a ₹3,500 crore investment to develop Alura, an ultra-luxury serviced residences project in Gurugram's Sector 62. The project, spread across 6.99 acres, will feature approximately 250 residences ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 sq ft, priced from ₹28 crore. Construction has begun, with delivery scheduled for Q2 2031. The company anticipates sales realisation exceeding ₹9,000 crore from this development, which is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
