Bengal Dominates Ranji Trophy Match Against Delhi On Unresponsive Pitch

Hindustan Times · sports

Bengal holds a commanding position in their Ranji Trophy match against Delhi, largely due to strong batting performances and an unresponsive pitch. At stumps on Tuesday, Delhi trailed by 88 runs in their second innings, having scored 101 for three. Bengal had earlier posted 429, with centurions Abishek Porel and Sudip Gharami leading the charge. Despite a late collapse where Anuj Badoni took five wickets for 43 runs, Bengal secured a significant first-innings lead. Delhi faces a difficult challenge to avoid defeat.
