IAS officer Nivrutti Avhad has transformed over 78 abandoned government buildings into digital learning centres called Digital Samvidhan Ghars across Rajasthan's Dholpur district. This initiative, started in 2024, provides students like Mohini Parmar with safe, accessible spaces for education and competitive exam preparation. Approximately 5,000 students have registered, bringing learning opportunities closer to home in remote areas previously lacking facilities.

आईएएस अधिकारी निवृत्ति अव्हाड ने राजस्थान के धौलपुर जिले में 78 से ज़्यादा खाली सरकारी इमारतों को 'डिजिटल संविधान घर' नाम के डिजिटल लर्निंग सेंटर में बदल दिया है। 2024 में शुरू हुई इस पहल से मोहिनी परमार जैसे छात्रों को पढ़ाई और प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए सुरक्षित और सुलभ जगह मिल रही है। करीब 5,000 छात्रों ने पंजीकरण कराया है, जिससे दूरदराज के इलाकों में भी शिक्षा के अवसर घर के करीब पहुंच गए हैं।
