Samsung and its affiliates have committed a combined $1 billion to support Helix Digital's global AI infrastructure expansion. Samsung Electronics will invest $500 million, with the remaining $500 million coming from other Samsung affiliates. Helix Digital, an AI infrastructure company backed by KKR, plans to use this capital to accelerate the development of hyperscale data centers, power generation, and connectivity assets. The investment aims to boost the global rollout of AI data centers and foster collaboration among Samsung's various business units.
