A 42-year-old advocate, B Manjunath, was fatally shot at his Bengaluru residence by two tenants over a dispute concerning three months of unpaid rent. The incident occurred late Sunday night when one tenant allegedly shot Manjunath in the head after the other handed over some cash. The suspects, identified as Pankaj Dube and Amit Kumar Dube from Bihar, reportedly fled on separate motorcycles. Police have launched a manhunt and are investigating the source of the firearm used in the crime.

बेंगलुरु में 42 साल के वकील बी. मंजूनाथ की उनके घर पर दो किराएदारों ने तीन महीने के बकाया किराए को लेकर हुए विवाद में गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। यह घटना रविवार देर रात हुई जब एक किराएदार ने कथित तौर पर दूसरे के कुछ पैसे देने के बाद मंजूनाथ के सिर में गोली मार दी। बिहार के रहने वाले पंकज दुबे और अमित कुमार दुबे नाम के संदिग्ध कथित तौर पर अलग-अलग मोटरसाइकिल पर फरार हो गए। पुलिस ने तलाशी अभियान शुरू कर दिया है और अपराध में इस्तेमाल किए गए हथियार के स्रोत की जांच कर रही है।
