Barcelona coach Hansi Flick stated that his team lacked freshness during their 1-2 La Liga defeat against Real Madrid. This loss marked the end of Barcelona's nine-game winning streak in the league and followed a midweek Champions League defeat. Flick acknowledged the team's disappointment but asserted that no doubts are creeping into the dressing room despite the consecutive losses. He attributed the lack of freshness partly to recent travel but refused to accept it as an excuse, emphasizing the need for improvement.
