Actress Sara Ali Khan's Kedarnath Visit Sparks Fatwa From Cleric

Islamic cleric Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi has issued a fatwa criticising actress Sara Ali Khan's visit and prayers at Kedarnath temple. He stated that praying according to another religion is forbidden in Sharia law and called for her to seek forgiveness. This is not the first time Khan has faced criticism for visiting Kedarnath, a place significant to her debut film. Meanwhile, the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee requires non-Hindu visitors to submit an affidavit.

इस्लामिक मौलाना मुफ्ती शहाबुद्दीन रज़वी बरेलवी ने अभिनेत्री सारा अली खान की केदारनाथ मंदिर की यात्रा और वहां की पूजा की आलोचना करते हुए फतवा जारी किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि शरिया कानून के अनुसार दूसरे धर्म के अनुसार प्रार्थना करना मना है और उन्हें माफी मांगने को कहा। यह पहली बार नहीं है जब खान को केदारनाथ की यात्रा के लिए आलोचना का सामना करना पड़ा है, जो उनकी डेब्यू फिल्म के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। इस बीच, बद्रीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति ने गैर-हिंदू आगंतुकों से एक हलफनामा जमा करने की आवश्यकता बताई है।
