CAG Audit Reveals Green India Mission Implementation Gaps

A recent audit by the CAG has identified significant shortcomings in the implementation of the Green India Mission. The report attributes these deficiencies to several key factors, including a lack of adequate convergence with other government programs, insufficient financial resources, and weaknesses in planning and monitoring mechanisms.

कैग (CAG) की हालिया ऑडिट में ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के क्रियान्वयन में बड़ी कमियां पाई गई हैं। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, दूसरे सरकारी कार्यक्रमों के साथ तालमेल की कमी, पैसों की अपर्याप्तता और योजना व निगरानी में कमजोरियों जैसे कारणों से ये दिक्कतें आई हैं। इन कमियों को दूर करने के लिए ज़रूरी कदम उठाने की सलाह दी गई है।
