Factory Owner Dies After Dispute Over Pollution In Saharanpur

A dispute over pollution from a tyre factory in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, escalated into a violent clash, resulting in the death of the factory owner. The owner, Arbin Chauhan, was reportedly attacked by villagers who came to discuss the smoke emanating from his factory. His nephew, Sadiq, was also seriously injured in the incident. Police have registered a murder case against 11 people based on CCTV footage and other evidence. The local residents had accused the factory of polluting the surrounding environment.
